Legal framework
This policy describes how Board Management Systems SA processes personal data, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP), in force since 1 September 2023.
Data collected
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide via the quote request form or by email: surname, first name, email, phone, information about your co-ownership, content of your message. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels.
Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to process your request, provide a reply and, where applicable, manage the resulting business relationship. It is never sold, shared or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Requests without follow-up are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Data linked to an active mandate is kept for the duration of the mandate and 10 years after its termination, in accordance with Swiss legal obligations.
Your rights
You can at any time request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@bm-s.ch. A reply will be sent within 30 days.
Security
Data is stored on servers hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak). Communications are encrypted (HTTPS, SMTP via STARTTLS). Access is limited to authorised staff.

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your language choice). No third-party cookies, no advertising tracking tools.
