Three simple principles

Annual flat fee per unit
The main fee is calculated on the number of PPE units. This makes pricing comparable, predictable and fair: an 8-unit co-ownership doesn't pay the same as a 40-unit one.

Listed included services
The contract specifies exactly what is included in the flat fee — annual meeting, accounting, standard technical follow-up, day-to-day communication. Everything is written down, nothing is implicit.

Controlled add-ons
Exceptional services (claim management, coordinating significant works, extraordinary AGMs) are billed at a flat fee or by the hour at a transparent rate fixed in the contract.
What is generally included in the flat fee
