Our story

Board Management Systems SA was born from the conviction that a co-ownership deserves better than anonymous administration treated as a sideline file in a generalist agency.

We therefore made a simple choice: do only that. No rentals, no sales, no development. Only PPE administration, with the seriousness and availability the discipline demands.

Today we support co-ownerships across the entire canton — primary residences, holiday residences, mixed buildings — all with the same method and the same standards.
